What days will you be serving?
To be confirmed. Through 2020 we did Thursdays and Fridays. 2021 might be more varied.
How do I order?
Previously via our social media pages (Facebook / Instagram). We're building an online booking system at the moment.
How do I pay?
We'll be taking advanced payments only via debit or credit card. We'll send you a payment link once your order is placed. It will only be confirmed once paid.
How will collection work?
All orders are collection only from Lyth Arts Centre (KW1 4UD) and will be contact-free.
You will be given a time slot which will limit the number of people in the building at any one time. There will be a one-way system in place, so you'll enter by one door and leave by another. All doors will be open when you arrive, and your order will be placed on a collection table. You will see full instructions once you arrive
Is this compliant with Government guidelines?
We will be following Food Standards Scotland guidance which can be found
We'll be implementing a contactless collection service, a one-way system through the building, regular cleaning and all the good and proper food hygiene practices we usually adhere to. We have all the necessary licences and insurances.
Do you do gluten free pizzas?
At the moment, sadly no. Our pizzas use a fine 00 flour which is much higher in gluten than most flours. To be honest - it gets absolutely everywhere, so it would be almost impossible to avoid cross contamination with our current set-up. If we're able to expand, ensuring we can safely deliver gluten-free pizzas will be top priority.
Do you do a vegan option?
Yes - the Marinara pizza, the Garlic Bread, and the Puttanesca Salad are all 100% vegan. We can add any veg on the menu (mushrooms, olives, capers) to the Marinara for £1 extra (in total - not each topping!)
